FacExer is exercise equipment intended only for general physical conditioning and/or for the development of athletic abilities in individuals who lack physical impairment.
Is the shape of the FacExer important?
Yes, only FacExer supports healthy jaw, lips and mouth. FacExer carefully designed and tested: there is no ‘top’ or ‘bottom’. So, during exercising FacExer can be put in the mouth in any direction and will not cause any harm to oral cavity. FacExer is YOUR personal exerciser which is shaping and fitting exactly to YOU, embracing YOUR particular forms, gently holding skin in place to prevent wrinkle formation during exercising.
FacExer is shaped and fitted exactly to your unique individual profiles from the very first time of use because soft and resilient nature of materials used in FacExer.
What difference is there between latex and polyisoprene FacExer?
Latex is a soft, resilient, natural rubber. It is eco-friendly and much more flexible than synthetic compounds. However, after prolonged use, the material can change. If latex is stored in a hot area of your home, or is in contact with sunlight for an extended period of time, its shape can change and is then stripped of its qualities.
Latex used for manufacturing FacExer is medical grade and complies with all the applicable requirements of FDA.
Because it is a natural material, the latex can become sticky and begin to look unhygienic.

If you wish to avoid using latex, you can simply do so by using a FacExer made from synthetic polyisoprene.
Synthetic polyisoprene is an intensively tested, well-tolerated plastic. It also complies with all the applicable requirements of FDA, medical grade, however, little less soft and elastic than latex.
With the object to manufacture an environmentally friendly product, there is opportunity to use natural product instead of plastic.

Is it okay to use FacExer?
Look at babies. They are born to suck, that is why they have strong muscles around mouth and well developed cheeks. Sucking is human natural behavior that comforting and helps us settle. Sucking motion is one of the most important exercise you can perform using FacExer which strengthens majority of your muscles of the head, face and neck simultaneously.
We’re the only FacExer manufacturer in the world and all the materials we use meet the recommended safe levels as specified in the U.S. FDA Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Food and Drug Administration
What are the other advantages?
- using FacExer does help to strengthen muscles of your neck, head and face. While you are using FacExer you have no time for unnecessary snacking or smoking. You increase a blood flow to the muscles of the head, neck and face and hence – blood supply of the muscles and skin.

FacExer is a very flexible exerciser for toning, conditioning, stimulating and strengthening muscles above your shoulders - head, face and neck muscles. Its unique functionality makes it of particular benefit when combining “method of exercising using FacExer” with your skin care, massage and workout routines.
Is "Method of exercising using FacExer" different from other face exercising programs?

FacExer is the only equipment on the market which gives you unique possibility to perform resistance training and progressive overload training muscles of the head, face and neck.

Unlike the other existing programs “Method of exercising using FacExer” is a workout which allows muscles to grow in strength together and prevent muscle groups from developing independently and out of synchronization and right coordination.
FacExer is allowing self-selected movements based on your anatomy. For example, if your jaw joint is limited in range of movement, you can accommodate naturally to the limitation due to extreme flexibility of the FacExer.
On top of exercising the main muscles, FacExer will also require the input from various stabilizing muscles as well or you may recruit more muscles than just the group you're focused on. For example if you are exercising muscles of the upper part of your face you need to engage neck, tongue, core and back muscles to coordinate and hold your body steady during the exercises. Likewise, if you're doing sucking motion exercise for your tongue and mouth muscles, you will naturally recruit muscles of the forehead, around your eyes, in your core and abdomen to steady your body.

How do you know if the exercising is working for you? You will feel the warming sensation in the region you are working out. It does mean blood flow is increased to the region of muscular work. When a muscle contracts, energy is used. The byproduct of this process is lactic acid which could build up with intense exercising and cause burning sensation. Reduce amount of repetitions if pleasant warming sensation turns to “feeling burn”.

What is FACEXER's return policy?

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original medical packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at facexer@facexer.com and send your item to: P.O.Box 1114 Venice Florida US 34284.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
