“Method of exercising with FacExer” provides health benefits because it is a well-balanced exercise program which can improve general health, build endurance, and slow many of the effects of aging as any exercise program in general .The benefits of exercise not only improve physical health, but also enhance emotional well being. Today you are ready to explore new exercises listed in brochure. Please refer to Day1 - Day3 for breathing and warm-up exercising. Then perform all exercises listed for Day 3 program doing extra set of repetitions for each exercise.
As you gain strength repeat exercise for muscles of the lower part of the face - sucking motion exercise - creating more resistance by pulling the FacExer away from your face during suction motions. Doing so you create extra external resistance.
Important:The resistance applied should be less than the muscles are capable of overcoming. Resistance during exercises can be varied if desired, by moving your hands farther away from or closer to the mouth.
Now, by Day 4. you are confident enough to choose your own exercising regiment which suits your needs. Exercising with FacExer is your new experience. Remember: every time a new product is introduced to your daily routine, you may encounter a temporary reaction. Your skin must become accustomed. We recommend allowing at least two weeks for your skin to acclimate to exercising. Note:
- Prior exercising: make sure your skin is free from any dirt, dust, pollution and any skincare product which could be irritant to your skin;
- Wash FacExer with soup and water before and after exercising;
- Gradually increase amount of repetitions as tolerating.
