Itchy or red eyes, runny nose, fullness in the ears, pressure in the sinuses and overall fatigue - maybe it is an allergy. Both nasal and eye allergies can be caused by outdoor allergens, such as pollen, and indoor allergens, like pet dander, dust mites and mold.
You must remove the allergen completely from your environment to stay safe and live well.
Regular physical activity helps to decrease allergy symptoms by improving blood flow in your body, which promotes the removal of allergens. You will feel relief after the very first set of the following four exercises. After the third set you will be amazed with the results.
Technique: Close your lips and try to breathe through your nose during following 3minute workout (see video below). The vasodilator gas nitric oxide is produced in the paranasal sinuses and is excreted continuously into the nasal airways. This nitric oxide will normally reach the lungs with inspiration, especially during nasal breathing. (Inhalation of nasally derived nitric oxide modulates pulmonary function in man. J.O.N. Lindberg at al., 1997).
