It is a well known fact that our posture is very important for general health maintenance. Our head should sit directly on the neck and shoulders. Healthy posture is a combination of proper body mechanics, right alignments of your hips, spine, neck and jaw, as well as strength of surrounding muscles that offer support. Unfortunately, our life style doesn't contribute to proper posture. Look around - our poor postures are "forward head postures" when we are checking our smartphones, or computers.
